...or, something like that....
I mean, how else am I supposed to get all of the stuff that I am doing done? I've already TRIED speaking with the Powers That Be about extending The Hours past the 24 hour mark. Nope. It's been in place for milennia, so why would it be changed for some weird haired city girl with a little too much on her plate?
What have I doing that warrants this kind of extreme Time bargaining? Here's the run down (hold onto your seats!):
I've been in the enchanted lab, mixing up all sorts of lovely farm ingredients to make the same sorts of creams, jams, soaps, and even knitted things that you have seen on my giveaway. I will be offering these up on Etsy, HOPEFULLY the end of the week. Hmm...I notice that each time I write it down or say it, I seem to jinx myself...so I'll definitely keep you posted, if you are interested in pure product goodness!
Also, with the new mantra of "downsizing," I have decided to try to sell the never ending treasures that have taken up my residence. These are unique jewelry, art, costumes and more, that have taken years to collect (read: horde). Because they are technically NOT handmade, I will most likely be selling them through either Ebay or on YET another blog (I swear I'm gonna eventually be IVed to the computer, all Matrix-like, for all this computer work!), so I'll let you know when--great items for really good prices!
ANYHOO....
My art dolls are featured in the latest edition of Small Town Living, an excellent online magazine about either whimsical, old fashioned, or country living. It's really a wonderful resource, if you're into any of it, so go check it out!
Meanwhile, I am at the last stages of editing and reformatting OUR current edition of BigTownFarmer. This month's magazine has wooly goodness, doll magic, herbal info, and other city to farmy stuff that I try to cover here--but you know, it looks a lot savvier THERE. Cross your fingers, the next edition should be out by Wednesday!
In further art doll news, I am finishing up some spring sprites and other enchanted creatures, and I have also just finished a Valentine swap for the Prim and Whimsy Girls. You can check out all of those details at my ART BLOG.
Speaking of which--and I think I probably mentioned it before-- I noticed a few of our new members (helloooooo!) seem to be more interested in art, and I can't be sure that you aren't here on accident, since I DO HAVE AN ART BLOG, which you may find more interesting than, say, chickens, herbs, renegade rooftop gardening, etc. So, please, don't hesitate to "unfollow" me here, and "follow" the Wild At Heart Art blog instead. I won't be mad atchya, I promise! Or, if you reaaallllly want some love, you can follow BOTH blogs...but...it...occurs to me that it may seem overtly selfish on my part, and we won't have any of that! At least not blatantly, I tell you!
Anyway, before I start rambling off on a tangent (or maybe I've been doing that the whole time), you can now see WHY I need a clone--though, knowing me, she would find ways to keep herself ridiculously busy, too!

And THIS is why I support cloning (myself)....
