Some nice things....

Keeping the sentiments of the last post--here are some nice updates/news:

On my other blog (you know, where I pretend to be an artist. Hmm, I must be getting good at it because I've been doing it for 25 years) I am doing a little dolly giveaway.

It is for followers of that blog, but it doesn't mean you can't be a follower. And, as I've been saying before...maybe some of my art friends on this blog SHOULD be followers over there, instead. Go ahead, make the switch if you'd like, I won't be mad atchya :)

Next, my friend at Black Feather Farm tagged me sometime ago in the 6th Folder, 6th picture contest (Hmm, somehow I am sure it's not called that, but now I'm a bit out of it to figure out what it might actually be called..so just work with me here!)....

Basically, I am to find the 6th picture folder in my computer, and pull the 6th picture up and show it to you. Oooh, that's deadly. I mean, I've lived the city life of a performing artist..it could be ANYTHING...

So after checking, it's not nearly as scandalous as I thought, just a pic from my days as an herbalist, lovely calendula:

Wow, how...umm..anti-climactic?

But this leads into a good segueway, in which I tell you that I will start adding some of my herbalist stuff on this blog. They actually HAVE their own blog--yes, the herbs have their very own blog!-- but I can't maintain THREE BLOGS, run a small business, work with animals, write a farmy magazine, make dolls, can jams, clean this house,AND BE SANE...oh wait, I think that last part IS ALREADY down the tubes...but you get my drift, right? I'm trying to consolidate as much as I can!
